Photo Submission & Ownership Agreement

By submitting a photo to Team Iron Will, you irrevocably assign and transfer to Team Iron Will all rights, title, and interest in and to the submitted image, including the right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display the image in any media now known or later developed, without compensation.

You represent that you own the rights to the image (or have permission from the photographer) and have obtained consent from all individuals appearing in the photo (or from a parent/guardian for minors).

Submission of a photo constitutes your agreement to these terms.
