Every PERSON is
VALUABLE,
Full stop.
We equip families with tools, therapy, and community; and fight for a world that sees the value of every person.
Material Assistance:
We provide medical, therapeutic and adaptive equipment, care packages, and developmental and educational tools to families in the Down syndrome community who may be experiencing financial strain.
educational opportunities:
We endeavor to educate families and providers about effective and cutting-edge techniques, procedures, and programs that maximize our children’s lived experiences with expert-led sessions offering insights, guidance, and real-life stories.
medical advocacy:
Finding healthcare professionals who genuinely respect and uphold the dignity and value of children with Down syndrome can be a challenge. Join us on February 24 at 1:30 PM CT for an educational webinar designed for parents of babies with Down syndrome. Learn why feeding intervention should begin at birth and how early preparation for solids—starting in the first 3 years—supports safer, more successful feeding. We’ll cover essential prefeeding skills, gross motor foundations, and introduce the Adapted Baby-Led Weaning Approach®, including how to use family foods and bridge devices to promote self-feeding and optimal chewing.
