2026 TEAM IRON WILL Family Fest

Celebrating and Connecting the Down Syndrome Community

The Team Iron Will Family Fest is a free, family-friendly celebration bringing the Down syndrome community — and all who stand with them — together for a day of fun, connection and awareness. Come enjoy carnival games, a kids' home run derby, face painting, balloon animals, snow cones, an adaptive and therapeutic equipment swap for our friends with Down syndrome, raffle, silent auction, and more.

And for the competitors in the crowd, our Team Iron Will/NWA Wiffle Ball Tournament runs all day with recreational and competitive divisions open to all ages and skill levels.

All proceeds support Team Iron Will's mission to equip families with the therapy, tools, and support their children deserve. Admission to the fest is free — come be part of the community!

WHY IT MATTERS:

Every family in the Down syndrome community knows what it means to fight – for therapy, for equipment insurance won't cover, for a world that sees the full value of their child. The Team Iron Will Family Fest exists because that fight is easier when we’re together.

Every dollar raised goes directly toward Team Iron Will's work: therapy scholarships, medical and adaptive equipment, educational resources, and advocating for a world that champions the dignity and potential of every person with Down syndrome.

Equipment swap

Kids grow. Equipment doesn't.

The Team Iron Will Family Fest is proud to host a free adaptive and therapeutic equipment swap for the Down syndrome community in St. Louis. If your child has outgrown a gait trainer, therapy tool, adaptive stroller, or developmental toy — bring it. Another family in this community may be waiting for exactly that. And if your family is in a season of need, come see what's available.

No cost. No paperwork. Just community taking care of community.
